Join the People & Culture Team:
As our new trainee, you’ll become part of a dedicated team of eight skilled colleagues, playing a key role in bridging daily operations and People & Culture initiatives. You’ll work directly with a variety of HR functions — from recruitment and data reporting to communication and employee engagement — while collaborating closely with teams across LEGO House.
During your first four months, you’ll spend one day a week in Guest Service, getting first-hand experience with our guest journey and operational excellence.
You’ll also join a Trainee Network across the Billund Municipality, connecting with peers and expanding your professional community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communication: Share updates on My House (Internal communications platform), post training materials and LEGO Group news, and support Staff Club communication.
- Celebrations & Events: Maintain SOPs, coordinate internal celebrations, manage Christmas gifts, and our People & Culture warehouse.
- Staff Association: Participate in “The Clubhouse” (our staff association), help plan social events, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment flows, candidate communication, screenings, interviews, and job sessions.
- Reporting & Data: Prepare key data for weekly business meetings, manage absence statistics, support management reporting.

Qualifications:
- Relevant student degree required: EUX, HHX, STX, HF, or HTX
- Confident in Excel and quick to learn new systems
- Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- No prior HR experience required — just a strong interest in People & Culture.

This full-time trainee position for 2 years starts in January 2026 and offers a unique opportunity to bring your creativity, energy, and curiosity to LEGO House. Over the course of the program, you will gain hands-on experience while completing a Office Administration Education (Kontor-uddannelse), including 13 weeks of school spread throughout the program, giving you a strong balance of practical learning and formal training.
