As a Brand Manager in LEGO House, you will shape the brand management agenda and develop marketing activations that resonate with our audiences and yearly planning. You’ll ensure brand relevance across digital channels and physical touchpoints, translating insights into impactful activations that elevate the guest experience and drive awareness and visit intention.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a holistic mindset, operational excellence, and the capability to work effectively within a team with advanced brand knowledge.
LEGO House features a small, engaged Brand Activation team within the Brand & Marketing department that plays a key role in defining what will bring awareness to the house, which events and themes that will resonate with the audience and how we do campaigns. This is done with the guest journey, brand and guest experience in mind - both online and offline. Emphasizing storytelling, guest feedback, and strategic initiatives, the team collaborates across departments to guarantee that every interaction aligns with the LEGO House identity and values. It's a collaborative environment where creativity meets purpose, and where every campaign and activation is designed to inspire creative play and connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing activations and campaigns tailored to LEGO House guests, markets and yearly planning, ensuring consistency and a distinct and unified narrative across all channels.
- Adapt the worldwide strategies of the LEGO Group into suitable action plans for LEGO House, guaranteeing effective execution in the market and across channels.
- Ensure every marketing and guest touchpoint reflects our brand image and strategic goals, using insights to adapt and improve.
- Lead internal meetings on separate brand activations, brief stakeholders, and ensure smooth rollout of brand activations across teams.
You will be reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, and your role involves collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders, merging strategic planning with practical implementation, and responding to the evolving needs of guests and industry developments to uphold brand significance.
This maternity cover offers a unique opportunity to:

What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience within brand management or marketing.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision with advanced brand knowledge.
- Familiarity with OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) media strategies.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A positive outlook and an innovative strategy for guest engagement.
