Cleaning Assistant
Would you like to help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests from all over the world?
As a Cleaning Assistant at LEGO House, you play a key role in maintaining high cleaning standards across the entire House. You contribute to ensuring that both guests and colleagues experience a clean, safe and well-presented environment every day.
Your Role
As a Cleaning Assistant, you will:
Perform daily cleaning tasks across public and staff areas, including vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning surfaces
Clean and maintain toilets and sanitary areas, as well as refill dispensers and self-service stations
Handle waste disposal and sorting and carry out ad hoc cleaning tasks as needed
Maintain cleaning equipment and contribute to efficient cleaning operations together with your colleagues
You will work across LEGO House, including Experience Zones, retail areas, cafés, restaurants, kitchens, offices and staff facilities, ensuring a consistently high standard throughout the House.
Who You Are
You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high quality. You work in a structured and independent manner, while also being a team player with a collaborative mindset. You are service-minded and understand the importance of the guest experience, since that’s also a big part of the job.
Experience within cleaning is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You will work within a year-round shift rotation, where you will be working every third weekend.
