Are you full of energy, love working with people, and ready to spread joy through play, food or fantastic service? We’re hiring seasonal team members (4-20 hours/week) across different departments. Most roles require applicants to be 18+, while runner positions in our MINI CHEF restaurant are open to applicants under 18.
We offer flexible contracts starting from 4 hours per week on average - based on your availability and our needs. You’ll work on weekdays, every other weekend, during school holidays and on public holidays.
Food & Beverage
Seasonal employees needed for the Food & Beverage department (4 & 20 hours per week)
Join our awesome team in the LEGO® House Food & Beverage area! We’re looking for energetic, smiling team players who enjoy meeting and interacting with guests from all over the world. Creating world-class guest experiences and helps keep everything clean and welcoming in a fun environment.
🪄 Pick Your Perfect Role:
☕ BRICKACCINO Café Crew (4 & 20 hours per week): Help prepare amazing food or serve great barista coffee, snacks & other drinks with a smile in our cozy café. Join a fantastic team of 25 colleagues and make guests feel at home.
👨🍳 Kitchen Crew (4 & 20 hours per week): Help prepare tasty, sustainable meals behind the scenes with a passionate team that loves good food.
🍽️MINI CHEF Restaurant Crew (4 & 20 hours per week): Keep the fun going while serving hungry guests with a welcoming & friendly attitude and work alongside 40 amazing colleagues (and two cool robot helpers!) for a unique LEGO dining experience.
LEGO Store
LEGO Store Associate (4 hours per week)
Excited to share the magic of LEGO with others? As a LEGO Store Associate, you’ll be the face of the LEGO brand, welcoming guests into a world of creativity and play! Whether they’re shopping for the perfect set or exploring new ideas, you’ll help them build their dreams, one brick at a time! 🧱✨
What’s on your to-do list?
🌟 Create a welcoming and playful atmosphere for every guest, guiding them to discover the perfect LEGO® sets while sparking creativity and imagination. Engage builders of all ages in meaningful interactions that inspire them to build.

Guest Experience
Seasonal employees needed for the Experience Zones & Guest Service (4 & 20 hours per week)
Do you have a passion for play, people, and creating unforgettable moments? Join our Guest Experience team and help LEGO® House guests step into a world built entirely for fun and help deliver a world-class LEGO experience.
We’re looking for colleagues who want a playful job of either 4 or 20 hours per week.

You’ll welcome guests into colorful, hands‑on building areas, inspiring them to think big and build freely. With a smile and a playful spirit, you share tips, cheer on their creations, and help turn their visit into a fun and creative LEGO experience.
🛎️ Play Agent - Guest Service (4 hours per week):
Be the friendly face that welcome and the cheerful goodbye that shapes every LEGO House visit. You greet guests with energy and a playful attitude, set the tone for a creative day, help them feel at ease, and add a sprinkle of LEGO magic to every interaction building the perfect first and last impression.
