Chef – MINI CHEF Restaurant
Do you want to help build something extraordinary and create world-class experiences for our guests? Are you passionate about delivering food that brings joy — without compromising on quality or pride in ingredients? Then this is your chance to join an AWESOME team at the heart of something new.
We are preparing to launch a brand-new kitchen and restaurant in March — and we want you on board. Be part of the journey, you will get hands-on experience with the latest kitchen technologies, and together with your team you will start up MINI CHEF in completely new and exciting surroundings.
Your Role
As a Chef in MINI CHEF, you will:
- Prepare delicious hot and cold dishes and actively participate in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure outstanding quality, taste, and presentation in every plate served at MINI CHEF.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, including documentation and self-control routines.
- Assist with cleaning, kitchen maintenance and overall kitchen operation.
- Support a positive and collaborative working environment for all kitchen staff, including young team members.
Who You Are
You are a trained chef with solid experience in the restaurant industry, who thrives in a team and takes pride in delivering high-quality service even during busy periods. You care deeply about your craft, value top-quality ingredients, and enjoy working in a kitchen where attention to detail matters. You communicate confidently in English, and speaking Danish is an advantage, but not required. You naturally fit into a workplace with a strong, engaging, and playful culture — helping to create memorable experiences for families and guests from all over the world.
What You Can Expect
You will join a diverse and dynamic workplace dedicated to delivering world-class guest experiences. This is a full-time position with a typical 37-hour work week, though some flexibility is required during peak periods. You will work within a year-round shift rotation, typically with every second weekend off. The team environment is collaborative and inclusive, with respect for differences and space for you to be yourself.
Ready to join a workplace where we love to play?
If you're excited to join us on this journey, we can’t wait to hear from you. Please send your motivated application and CV as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis and will begin interviews in mid-January.
