We’re hiring seasonal team members (4–30 hours/week) across different departments. We offer flexible contracts starting from just 4 hours per week on average – based on your availability and our needs. You’ll work on weekdays, every other weekend, during school holidays and on public holidays.
 
 
Food & Beverage
Seasonal employees needed for the Restaurant, Café & Kitchen (4 & 20 hours per week) 
Do you have the recipe for fun, creativity, and delicious food? We’re stacking up an amazing team across the LEGO® House Food & Beverage area. As a Seasonal employee, you’ll help serve great meals and smiles with a side of imagination, while also ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the area where guests dine and interact. 
 
🪄Pick Your Perfect Role:
🍽️ Restaurant Worker (20 hours per week): You’ll be part of a team of 40 amazing colleagues serving delicious meals with a side of fun – all in the heart of LEGO House.
☕ Café Worker (20 hours per week): Join a fantastic crew of 25 café stars serving up the best coffee in town, snacks, smiles – and a tidy café for guests from all over the world. 
 
👨🍳 Kitchen Worker (4 & 20 hours per week): Help prepare nourishing, sustainable meals that fuel even more play – working behind the scenes with a passionate team who loves making great food. 
 
Guest Experience 
 
Seasonal employees needed for the Experience Zones, Group Facilitation & Guest Service (4 & 30 hours per week) 
Do you have a passion for play, people, and creating unforgettable moments? Join our Guest Experience team and help LEGO® House guests step into a world built entirely for fun! 
🪄Pick Your Perfect Role:
🎤 Play Agent – Group Facilitation (30 hours per week): Do you have experience speaking in front of groups and enjoy guiding playful activities? As a Play Agent, you’ll facilitate LEGO® challenges for up to 40 guests – both kids and adults – creating fun, well-paced experiences where everyone feels included and inspired. 
 
🤹 Play Agent - Experience Zones (4 & 20 hours per week): You’ll be right in the middle of the action – guiding guests through hands-on building zones, sparking creativity, and turning every visit into a brick-tastic adventure. 
🛎️ Play Agent - Guest Service (4 & 20 hours per week): Be the friendly face that starts every LEGO House journey with a smile! You’re the first "hello" and the key to setting the tone for a day full of fun.
