Commercial Ticketing and Systems Manager

This role is all about connecting business needs with technical solutions to ensure LEGO House has a ticketing and admissions setup that drives sales growth, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll be the go-to expert for our ticketing system, ensuring smooth end-to-end journeys – from online booking to on-site entry.
You’ll collaborate across teams to turn business needs into smart, scalable solutions, while continuously improving our ticketing setup. Success in this role means:
- Supporting commercial strategy through technical implementation.
- Delivering seamless, guest-centric ticket flows.
- Continuously improving and innovating ticketing purchase experiences.
Core responsibilities
- Ticketing system development and optimization. Own and maintain the ticketing system (iTicket via Visit Group) and ensure a seamless integration across LEGOHouse.com, POS, and partner channels.
- Product implementation and operations. Collaborate with Operations, Experience, and Marketing teams to launch and manage the ticket products of the future. Maintain SOPs, terms and conditions, and operational guidelines.
- Sales enablement and commercial focus. Optimize ticket flows for conversion and revenue growth as well as support ticketing product strategy with technical and operational solutions.
- Data governance and insights. Work closely with the Data & Insights Manager to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Stakeholder engagement. Act as a bridge between technical requirements and business needs across LEGO House departments. Ensure alignment between ticketing solutions and LEGO House’s commercial strategy.
What you bring
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or as a data specialist/superuser.
- Proven ability to connect technical systems with commercial outcomes.
- Experience in tourism, attractions, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong IT/system skills (ticketing, CRM, or e-commerce platforms).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Danish is an advantage.
