About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our Guest Service Back Office team, focusing on administrative support and coordination.
This is a 30-hour-per-week position with a fixed schedule, including every other weekend, holidays, and peak seasons.
In this role, you will handle guest inquiries, manage bookings and maintain internal procedures. You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable LEGO® House experience.

As a Guest Service Back Office team member, you will:
- Handle inquiries via email, phone, and social media in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Manage bookings and special requests with relevant departments.
- Manage lost & found items and ensuring secure storage of guest data (GDPR compliant).
- Maintain and update internal procedures, manuals, lists, and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in workflows and guest experience.
You will bring:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Danish and English – this is essential for the role (additional languages are a plus).
- A structured, detail-oriented, and able to keep an overview during busy periods.
- Experience in customer correspondence via email, phone, and social media.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Understanding of service culture and brand tone, with a commitment to high-quality guest service.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with precise follow-up.
- Comfort working with different digital systems.
