As a Unity Developer in LEGO House, you will be instrumental in delivering seamless, immersive digital experiences that blend physical play with LEGO bricks.
LEGO House is the LEGO Brand Lighthouse, and we need to keep dreaming bigger. We are committed to continue developing experiences that raise the boundaries for how kids and guests learn through playing with LEGO Bricks. Doing this, we also keep developing experiences that are second to none while maintaining focus on our guests’ experience journey.
We are looking for an Experience Engineer - Unity Developer to join our cross-functional Experience team. In this role, you’ll build and maintain high-performance Unity applications that integrate seamlessly with backend services. You’ll collaborate with .NET and iOS developers, contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle - from planning and design to deployment and optimization.
Join the Experience team at LEGO House
At LEGO House, we share our guests’ enthusiasm and love for the LEGO Brick. Here, you will join the engineering team within the Experience organization, which is constantly working to ensure every aspect of the LEGO House experience is second to none.
You are an experienced Unity Developer skilled in building scalable, maintainable components. You consistently ensure technical reliability while encouraging creativity, bringing playful learning to life through seamless digital-physical integration with LEGO bricks.

- System Performance & Optimization: Implement monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, set up health dashboards and alerts, and perform profiling and load testing to enhance application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with experience designers and LEGO House Master Builders to shape and iterate on interactive concepts – taking an active role in the creative process and influencing how digital and physical elements come together, especially if you bring a strong creative instinct to the table
- Cross-Platform Build Management: Develop and manage builds for Windows and iOS platforms, ensuring consistent performance and compatibility. Oversee asset import pipelines and maintain custom workflows for efficient content management.
- CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Automate Unity build, test, and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, maintaining secure configurations and secrets to support fast, stable, and continuous delivery.
- Architecture & System Design: Design modular, service-oriented systems and document technical architecture. Leverage messaging systems like RabbitMQ for inter-service communication to support scalable and maintainable infrastructure.
LEGO House is an experience house open on weekends, holidays, and during school vacation periods.
