Do you thrive in a vibrant, playful environment where your positive energy can help create unforgettable guest experiences? If you love making people smile and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting — this is your chance!
Sales Associate for the LEGO® House Store
We’re looking for a full-time (37 hours/week) Sales Associate with a strong focus on warehouse operations to join the LEGO® House Store team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and organized, supporting a smooth and efficient guest experience from behind the scenes — and occasionally on the floor.
If you have a passion for logistics, structure, and teamwork — and enjoy occasional interaction with guests — you might be the perfect match!
Welcome to the LEGO Store
In this role, you’ll be part of the core team that keeps the LEGO House Store running efficiently — both in front of and behind the scenes. While your focus will be on logistics and warehouse operations, you’ll also step onto the shop floor during busy periods to assist guests and support colleagues.
LEGO House is more than the home of the LEGO brick — it’s a place that brings creativity to life through play. And just as we create world-class experiences for guests, we’re equally committed to being an exceptional workplace for our team.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing warehouse tasks such as restocking, unpacking deliveries, and keeping storage areas organized.
- Optimizing warehouse workflows to ensure efficient goods handling and replenishment.
- Coordinating with external partners to secure timely deliveries and manage product transitions.
- Ensuring the store is always stocked and guest-ready.
- Providing support on the shop floor during high-traffic periods.
- Assisting in onboarding and training of new team members.
- Supporting the Leader Team with daily operational needs.
With high visitor numbers during weekends, holidays and peak seasons, you’ll be expected to work regular shifts during these periods – including every third weekend.
We imagine that you:
- Have a logical, structured, and hands-on approach to your work
- Enjoy improving processes and spotting ways to work more efficiently
- Have experience working in retail or logistics – warehouse experience is a strong advantage
- Enjoy taking responsibility and acting as a role model for others.
- Are positive, curious, and eager to grow professionally and personally.
- Are solution-oriented and proactive.
- Speak English fluently.
