Kitchen Helper For MINI CHEF (30 hours per week)
We are looking for a responsible and cheerful kitchen helper to prepare meals for guests at our MINI CHEF restaurant in LEGO House. You will play a key role in delivering memorable culinary experiences to our guests while constantly seeking new ways to enhance quality and minimize food waste.
This is a seasonal position of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of extension.
Welcome to the Food & Beverage Team!
You will be part of an enthusiastic and focused team operating in the kitchen, where tasks and schedules vary based on the needs of the house. It is important that you are service-minded towards both guests and colleagues and approach your tasks with a playful attitude. Working hours are adapted to the house's opening hours and vary between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including holidays and weekends.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Preparing food according to recipes
- Receiving goods following prescribed rules
- Production in line with budgets and guest forecasts
- Continuous cleaning and tidying of work areas
- Taking part in the responsibility for food safety and maintaining the highest hygiene standards
- Upholding quality using fresh ingredients and minimizing food waste
- Contributing to creating a world-class guest experience by ensuring a high-quality food experience
We imagine that you:
- Have some experience from similar roles and possess basic kitchen skills
- Are comfortable working within established guidelines
- Are solution-oriented and proactive when the situation demands
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have an interest in cooking, hygiene, and sustainability
- Are positive and service-minded
- Speak English and/or Danish
