Provide P&C consulting on the entire employee lifecycle
As our new People & Culture Consultant, you will be part of a team of 8 competent colleagues. You will be the hands-on bond between P&C and Operations & Sales.

You will play an important part in providing HR consulting to our Operations & Sales organization, collaborating closely with Team leaders to support in leadership and daily operations in general.

Approx. 200 of the 300 colleagues at the LEGO House are Operations & Sales staff, making it the largest and most complex P&C area within the organization by far. Thus, building a close and trustworthy collaboration within this area and ensuring people and cultural issues are being handled will be essential.

Being part of the LEGO® Ecosystem, we've got a sturdy backbone and well-established processes, providing you with the ideal foundation to breathe life into the people and culture agenda.

In addition, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and attend job fairs

• Coordinate various annual celebrations

• Provide people and cultural consulting and partnering to the Operations & Sales leaders - here under among others the collective agreement area

• Responsible for rollout of people programs to maximize engagement ie our Pulse engagement survey twice a year

• Support P&C annual wheel processes across the Operations & Sales organization

Experienced P&C Consultant
You thrive by being a catalyst for positive change, contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You are dedicated and enjoy working independently while still very much valuing working in a team. Ensuring close collaboration with your stakeholders is key. You are eager to learn and set pride in fulfilling all tasks no matter size or shape.

In addition to that, you have:

• Proven experience - 5+ years - as a P&C (HR) Consultant working closely with leaders

• Knowledge of legal aspects of employment (employee relations and collective agreements)

• Experience in supporting and navigating people & culture initiatives

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build positive partnerships
