Welcome to the Food & Beverage Team (F&B)
Our F&B team is a team of up to 90 colleagues operating in 4 different areas: Restaurant MINI CHEF, Café BRICKACCINO, Food Truck and the kitchen where we focus on creating amazing guest experiences while serving up to 1200 guests daily. You will be 1 out of 4 team leaders in our F&B team, where you will have a close collaboration with especially the one also working in our Mini Chef restaurant. Together, the two of you will lead the restaurant with different areas of responsibility.

Core responsibilities
As team leader you have responsibility for being a role model for the F&B department. Through on-the-floor coaching and training, you'll guide them on how to engage with guests. You will have direct responsibility for your own team consisting of approx. 20 competent colleagues, working both full-time and part-time - including 1 Supervisor who is your extended hand.

Moreover, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Keeping an overview of and optimizing our daily shift plan

• Manage and develop our table booking system

• Ensure our guests end-to-end experience is at the highest level

• Part of a “leader on duty team”, where you have the responsibility for F&B   
   department

• Implementation and continuous updating of work processes

Your motivation for coaching, setting clear directions, taking initiative, and inspiring others will be crucial to your performance. You thrive by continuous improvement and challenge the as-is. You are also very keen on teamwork and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best experience for our guests.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:

• Have minimum of 3 years of experience from similar jobs

• Preferably have a relevant education

• Understand data and utilize it in the best way

• Able to communicate in Danish and English - both verbal and written
