Welcome to the Guest Experience Team
Our Guest Experience team is a team of up to 110 colleagues operating in our Experience Zones where we focus on creating amazing guest experiences. You will be 1 out of 6 Team Leads in our Guest Experience team, collaborating closely with your fellow Team Leads as well as the Tours- and Shiftplanning teams to elevate the guest experience through well-planned and well-staffed interactions.
Core responsibilities
As Team Lead you have responsibility for being a role model for the Guest Experience department. Through on-the-floor coaching and training, you'll guide them on how to engage with guests. You will have direct responsibility for your own team consisting of approx. 30 competent colleagues, working part-time.
Moreover, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Drive planning for the Guest Experience team in close collaboration with the central planning department, ensuring optimal resource allocation for daily operations
- Planning and training when onboarding staff, facilitating seamless operations, and maintaining a strong guest experience standard
- Lead and manage your team, including performance evaluation, coaching for continuous development, recruiting and onboarding new colleagues, and ensure alignment through team meetings and more.
- We always greet our guests with enthusiasm and motivation, ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will ensure that we maintain our high guest satisfaction by supporting your colleagues in creating playful and professional guest experiences
- Implement and continuous update of work processes
Experienced leader
You are energized by developing your team with a hands-on, playful approach. What is most important to us is your enthusiasm for working with guests and providing exceptional hospitality. Your motivation for coaching, setting clear directions, taking initiative, and inspiring others will be crucial to your performance. You are also very keen on teamwork and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best experience for our guests.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience from similar jobs within the tourism or entertainment industry or similar.
- Have experience in roles where customer or guest experiences are prioritized
- Have experience with performance evaluations, onboarding, offboarding, coaching, and training your own employees. If you have tried training employees in scripted experiences, it would be a huge plus.
- Are skilled at organizing, coordinating, and sharing your knowledge
- Find it easy to communicate in Danish and English - both verbal and written
- Have a relevant education within Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management or fields such as teaching and facilitating.

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to take on responsibility and be a role model thus developing your leadership skills. The Team Lead role is an operational role, where you spend your working hours with our guests who come from all over the world. You can expect to work every fourth weekend, a late afternoon shift once a week and evening shifts approximately 1-2 times per month.
