Facility Technician for LEGO® House
As a Facility Technician, you will be part of a facility team of 5 technicians who are responsible for all facility touchpoints in LEGO® House and surrounding areas, ensuring our guests have the best possible LEGO Experience and our employees have the best workplace.
The Facility Team in LEGO House
The Facility Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and other facility projects, handling all technical areas of the house, from general facilities such as ventilation and cooling, CTS, ABA, etc., to our Food & Beverage equipment and the different experience zones.
You will report to the Senior Facility Manager. You will be 1st line support for all digital and guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include providing operational support to the staff and ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. This will be a big part of your task, and you will participate in a schedule covering all opening hours.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to our technicians play a vital role in making sure LEGO House is running smooth everyday, and is always ready to support colleagues regarding technical questions or issues throughout the daily operation.
- Planning and coordination of activities to ensure smooth day-to-day technical operation.
- Responsible for service and maintenance on different facility areas including ventilation, cooling, CTS, ABA, plumbing, AV, etc.
- Engage in facility-related projects to ensure effective rollout and high-quality service provision.
- Build positive relationships with all colleagues and external partners supporting our facility.
Independent and Supportive Technician with Wide Technical Knowledge

Your responsibility will be to support all in-house activities, covering everything from general facilities to our displayed molding machine and LEGO-themed robots, which is why it requires that you have a general curiosity about all kinds of technologies.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to support, build, and maintain great collaboration with different departments such as the experience designers behind both physical and digital experiences within LEGO House. You will also be responsible for making a long-term maintenance plan and budget for LEGO House with the rest of the team.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Broad experience in Facility management and general maintenance work.
- Knowledge and experience within CTS.
- Education as an electrician, energy technician, plumber, or similar is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ABA system and sprinkler maintenance, testing, and requirements.
- Proficient in written and spoken Danish and English.
